Moved to our current 4,500 sq ft facility at 1425 Marine Drive. Finally had room to breathe and add all the equipment we'd been dreaming about. State-of-the-art HIIT zones, dedicated strength areas, and yeah - we kept those mismatched kettlebells for good luck.
Got named one of BC's top boutique fitness studios, but what really mattered was hitting 300+ active members who were crushing their goals. We added nutritional coaching 'cause honestly, you can't out-train a bad diet - and our members needed that missing piece.
